Manage Guardian Access

Guardian Access is a school account feature. A guardian relationship and a user account are separate records; granting portal access links an eligible relationship to the intended user account.

1. Open Guardian Access in the correct school account.
2. Use the status filter to check whether access has already been granted.
3. Select Grant portal access.
4. Choose the verified Guardian relationship and the correct User account.
5. Set validity dates if needed, review the details, and save.

Only verified guardian relationships can support an access grant. Confirm the student and guardian before granting access to school information. If the relationship is unavailable, ask the school administrator to check its verification state rather than selecting a different person.
